You. Academy was founded by Ema, a multi-clinic owner with over 30 years of hands-on industry experience. From running a mobile business to launching an international brand with salons in both the UK and Portugal, Ema has worked with some of the biggest names in beauty and wellness, including Harrods and Thai Square Spa.

She knows the pressure of trying to stay ahead, of juggling clients, investing in expensive machines, and adapting to constant change. She’s faced the same fears many professionals are dealing with right now: new regulations, outdated qualifications, and the risk of being left behind.

That’s why she created You. Academy, to give salon owners, solopreneurs, and serious practitioners the regulated training, commercial support, and up-to-date qualifications they actually need to succeed
